width=&#8220;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]\n<h4>Kundenspezifischer Fluidisierungsboden<\/h4>\n<p>Unsere Kunde bietet Lebensmittel, landwirtschaftliche, finanzielle und industrielle Produkte und Dienstleistungen auf der ganzen Welt an. Sie beliefert industrielle Verbraucher von Energie-, Salz-, St\u00e4rke- und Stahlprodukten. Sie entwickelt und vertreibt nachhaltige Produkte aus nachwachsenden Agrarrohstoffen. Veenstra wurde vom Kunden gebeten, einen Fluidisierungsboden f\u00fcr ein in Benutzung seine Silo zu realisieren, in dem pulverf\u00f6rmige Produkte gelagert werden. Die Ingenieure von Veenstra hatten daraufhin einen Boden entwickelt, in dem das Produkt mittels Luft \u00fcber den gesamten Konus fluidisiert wird. Dieser Konus sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass sich beim Entladen des Produkts aus dem Silo kein Produkt ansammelt (Br\u00fccken).[\/vc_column_text][vc_toggle title=&#8220;Weiterlesen&#8220; style=&#8220;text_only&#8220; custom_font_container=&#8220;tag:p|text_align:left&#8220; custom_google_fonts=&#8220;font_family:Ubuntu%3A300%2C300italic%2Cregular%2Citalic%2C500%2C500italic%2C700%2C700italic|font_style:500%20bold%20regular%3A500%3Anormal&#8220; use_custom_heading=&#8220;true&#8220; css=&#8220;.vc_custom_1622454585337{margin-top: 20px !important;}&#8220; el_class=&#8220;veenstra__toggle&#8220;]Da der Kunde das Silo auch f\u00fcr andere Produkte w\u00fcnschte, wurde im Siloboden f\u00fcr zuk\u00fcnftige Einbauten vorgesorgt; Beispielsweise gibt es Befestigungsm\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr beliebige Vibratoren. Sollte das Silo k\u00fcnftig f\u00fcr ein schwer fluidisierbares Produkt eingesetzt werden, k\u00f6nnen die Vibrationsmotoren daf\u00fcr sorgen, dass Br\u00fcckenbildung verhindert wird und das Produkt trotzdem \u201esanft\u201c entladen werden kann.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fluidisirungs Tuch<\/strong><br \/>\nDa sich ein feines Pulver leicht verdichten l\u00e4sst und sich schnell ansammelt (\u00fcberbr\u00fcckt), ist der ganze Konus mit einem luftdurchl\u00e4ssigen Flie\u00dfgewebe nach FDA (Lebensmittelqualit\u00e4t) ausgestattet. Um das nahtlose Gewebe an Ort und Stelle zu halten und richtig bel\u00fcften zu k\u00f6nnen, wird das Gewebe mit polierten Edelstahl-Befestigungsstreifen befestigt. Aufgrund des Designs und der glatten Oberfl\u00e4che der Montagerahmen bleibt ein wenig Produkt auf und um die Rahmen herum. Der Fluidisierungsboden kann unter minimalem Luftdruck funktionieren, damit sich das Tuch nicht ausbeult.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Steigender Bedarf an Fluidisierung<\/strong><br \/>\nDa der Massenguttransport auf der Stra\u00dfe in den letzten Jahren zugenommen hat, sind kurze Ladezeiten wichtiger geworden. Dadurch hat sich die Ladegeschwindigkeit in den letzten Jahren immer mehr erh\u00f6ht. Durch diese erh\u00f6hte Ladegeschwindigkeit entsteht beim Laden deutlich mehr Staub und ein gutes staubfreies Ladesystem wird zunehmend gefordert.<\/p>\n<p>Der Einsatz von Verladeb\u00e4lgen mit Absaugung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um ein staubfreies Verladesystem zusammenzustellen. Mit solchen Verladeb\u00e4lgen stellen Sie sicher, dass der entstehende Staub effizient abgesaugt wird. Noch effizienter ist es jedoch, die Staubbildung zu einem fr\u00fcheren Zeitpunkt zu verhindern, indem man Br\u00fcckenbildung im Silo verhindert. Die Vermeidung von Br\u00fcckenbildung kann durch Fluidisierung realisiert werden. Eine Kombination aus Fluidisierung und Verladebalg mit Absaugung sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass Sch\u00fcttgutwagen sehr schnell und staubfrei beladen werden k\u00f6nnen.
