Der Produktionsstandort in Delfzijl \u00fcbernimmt die Polymerisation von Rohstoffen f\u00fcr die Produktion von Twaron. Die Mischung im Puffertank, die homogen und in Suspension gehalten werden muss, besteht aus den L\u00f6sungsmitteln NMP, CaCl2 und H2O, die unter anderem Feststoffe wie Nadelkristalle enthalten.[\/vc_column_text][vc_toggle title=&#8220;Weiterlesen&#8220; style=&#8220;text_only&#8220; custom_font_container=&#8220;tag:p|text_align:left&#8220; custom_google_fonts=&#8220;font_family:Ubuntu%3A300%2C300italic%2Cregular%2Citalic%2C500%2C500italic%2C700%2C700italic|font_style:500%20bold%20regular%3A500%3Anormal&#8220; use_custom_heading=&#8220;true&#8220; css=&#8220;.vc_custom_1624364193062{margin-top: 20px !important;}&#8220; el_class=&#8220;veenstra__toggle&#8220;]<strong>Hintergrund<\/strong><br \/>\nDer Eemshaven hat sich in den letzten Jahren stark entwickelt. Im 2019 hate Teijin, der Produzent der Superfaser Twaron, angek\u00fcndigt in Emmen und Delfzijl zu expandieren. Aus den goldgelben Twaron-Fasern werden verschiedene Produkte f\u00fcr den internationalen Markt hergestellt. Die Twaron-Fasern werden verwendet, um Materialien wie Autoreifen zu verst\u00e4rken. Sie werden auch verwendet, um kugelsichere Westen herzustellen. Die Twaron-Faser wird derzeit noch aus fossilen Rohstoffen hergestellt. In Zukunft soll die Faser aus biobasierten Rohstoffen hergestellt worden, wodurch die negativen Umweltauswirkungen des Produktionsprozesses reduziert werden. F\u00fcr den Rohstoff von Twaron werden die beiden Monomere PPD und TDC in einem geschlossenen Prozess kombiniert. Alle Hilfsstoffe werden \u00fcber eine eigens daf\u00fcr entwickelte Fabrik zur\u00fcckgewonnen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lieferumfang<\/strong><br \/>\nDie Lieferung betrifft ein R\u00fchrwerk mit freitragender Ruderwelle, ausgestattet mit einem 4-Blatt Schiffspropeller mit einem Durchmesser von 840mm. Der R\u00fchrantrieb besteht aus einem 3kW druckfesten Motor in Kombination mit einem Getriebe mit IEC-K2 Adapter. Die Abtriebs Drehzahl des Getriebes betr\u00e4gt ca. 115 U\/min. In Kombination mit dem Propeller wird eine Pumpenleistung von ca. 40 m3\/min erreicht. Die Wellenabdichtung des R\u00fchrwerks besteht aus einer doppeltwirkenden trockenlaufenden Stickstoff-Gleitringdichtung inklusive N2-Gasversorgung.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Designanforderungen<\/strong><br \/>\nDas R\u00fchrwerk ist f\u00fcr den Dauereinsatz bei Volllast ausgelegt und gebaut. Das R\u00fchrwerk ist wartungsfreundlich. Das R\u00fchrwerk besteht aus verschiedenen Komponenten, die einzeln ausgetauscht werden k\u00f6nnen. Mit Ausnahme des Antriebsmotor und der Gleitringdichtung werden alle Komponenten von Veenstra hergestellt.
