This applies both to our (potential) customers and to parties from whom we purchase goods and/or services.

If you are a (potential) customer of ours, we use your details to send you a quotation, to determine the specifications or requirements that a particular product or service must meet, to supply goods or carry out work for you, to issue invoices, and to communicate with you smoothly and efficiently regarding the practical aspects of the agreement.

If you are a (prospective) supplier or other contractor, your personal data is also required for the conclusion and performance of the contract. In the context of procurement, this is necessary so that we can inform you of the specifications or requirements that a particular item or service must meet from our perspective, send you a request for quotation or place an order with you, to pay your invoices and to communicate with you smoothly and efficiently regarding other aspects of the contract.

You are not obliged to provide us with your personal data. Furthermore, we use external server space to store (parts of) our sales and purchasing records, of which your personal data forms part. For this reason, your personal data is provided to our server space provider. We also use Microsoft Office and its associated storage facilities for emails and other files.

Retention period for personal data
If you have requested a quote from us but have not become a customer, we will delete your data no later than one year after our last contact. Similarly, if we have received a quote from you but have not become a customer of yours, your personal data will be deleted no later than one year after our last contact. If you have become a customer of ours, or we have become a customer of yours, we will retain your personal data for a period of seven years following the end of the financial year in which the agreement with you was fully performed. The seven-year period corresponds to the period during which we are obliged to retain our records for the Tax and Customs Administration. At the end of this period, we will delete your personal data.

Use of cookies on this website
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you visit our website.
