Our history

Veenstra Technology is part of Veenstra Group. This is a group comprising several technical companies operating in the fields of metalworking, engineering, mechanical engineering, refurbishment and maintenance. It all began in 1921, when Arie Veenstra established its own forge, Smederij Veenstra.

In 1960, Veenstra Technology evolved into the all-round engineering works it is today. Veenstra distinguishes between four main product groups: agitators, bulk loading systems, general mechanical engineering and metalworking. We engineer, manufacture, overhaul and maintain complex machines and components. We also produce tools, components and complete machines for various industries.

Veenstra is a major international company. We operate far beyond our national borders, across virtually every continent, to provide our customers with the right machinery. We supply every conceivable type of machine, manufactured to strict standards using high-quality materials. At Veenstra, only the very best quality is good enough.

What sets Veenstra Technology apart is that we supply bespoke machinery and equipment. We supply products in all standard types of steel, stainless steel and plastics. We’ll get to work for you, tailoring everything entirely to your wishes and requirements. This is how we create your machine, whether designed by you alone or in collaboration with us.
