Analysis of existing processes
Effective optimisation begins with a thorough on-site analysis of the production process. We observe the process and discuss bottlenecks with operators. We also measure KPIs such as OEE and cycle times to provide insight into performance. Where necessary, we carry out material tests or analyse airflows within installations. Based on this, we identify specific areas for improvement that can be implemented immediately in practice.
Technical improvements
Our optimisation work focuses on solving specific problems within existing installations. This includes mechanical modifications to reduce plugging and wear in processes. In addition, we optimise air and balancing systems in airslides and improve control systems and loading processes. We also analyse installations from other suppliers through audits and safety checks, including ATEX and FDA aspects. Improvements are tested, validated and prepared for implementation without disrupting production.

Product optimisation requires an approach that combines analysis, improvement and implementation.
