Flour loading system in Belgium

We have developed and installed a complete loading system for a flower grower in Belgium. The system comprises two complete loading stations capable of loading lorries with different numbers of compartments, with the number of compartments per lorry ranging from 1 to 11.

Background
The loading system we have built has been installed to replace an old loading system. The new system comprises fluidisation bases for 25 silos, two positioners with loading bellows and all the intermediate components required for the efficient transport of the flour.

Liver size
For this project, Veenstra supplied the following items, amongst others: 15 fluidised bed units (Ø1500 mm), 10 fluidised bed units (Ø1350 mm), 50 butterfly valves,  3 hoppers, 2 rail-mounted positioners, 2 loading bellows, 25 vibrating floors (Ø1250 to Ø1800 mm), 1 ROOTS blower and all pipework components. In addition, Veenstra assembled everything on site, connected the components and commissioned the system.
