Introducing: Steve Kloosterman at Veenstra Technology
My name is Steve Kloosterman and I am 21 years old. After completing my BBL training, I started working at Veenstra Technology.
How long have you been working at Veenstra Technology?
I’ve been working at Veenstra Technology for two years now. I started at Veenstra Technology as a BBL trainee and am now working as a lathe operator. I really enjoy working at Veenstra because I’m able to learn so much here. For example, I’m currently learning how to operate the CNC lathe.
What is your role at Veenstra Technology?
Turner. As a turner, I repair parts and make new ones from raw materials. The work is very varied, which is what makes working at Veenstra Technology so enjoyable. I believe it’s important to pay extra attention to the parts I make, which is why I always deliver them with a high-quality finish. What’s more, stainless steel is my favourite material to work with!
What do you enjoy most about working at Veenstra Technology?
The variety of the work and the atmosphere in the workplace make working at Veenstra Technology a real pleasure.
