Model series TEA2

The TEA2 model series offers Top-of-the-range steering solutions for tanks ranging from 1,000 to 15,000 litres. This configuration is ideal for suspending, mixing, dispersing and emulsifying liquids. The agitator is used in the food industry, the chemical sector, wastewater treatment and process-based production environments. An agitator with a capacity of up to 15,000 litres is required for medium-sized industrial production processes where consistent mixing quality is crucial.

- More demanding operating conditions: the steering gear has been specially designed to withstand heavy loads and guarantees reliable performance under demanding industrial conditions;
- Medium-sized tank capacities: the configuration is designed for tank capacities ranging from 1,000 to 15,000 litres and offers optimum mixing performance for medium-sized production processes;
- High-viscosity processing: TEA2 agitators can handle viscosities of up to approximately 100,000 cP and are suitable for thick liquids and paste-like products;
- Variable rudder blade length: the agitator shaft length extends to approximately 8,000 mm, or up to 16,000 mm with a bottom bearing, for optimum mixing results in tanks of various heights;
- Detachable propeller shafts: the propeller shafts can be easily dismantled for maintenance and allow for flexible configuration adjustments throughout their service life.
