Model series SEA1
Do you have storage tanks or buffer systems where top entry Installation is not possible? The SEA1 model series offers effective side-entry agitator solutions for tanks up to 30,000 litres. This configuration is suitable for agitation, homogenisation and keeping liquids in suspension via side-entry installation. The agitator is used in buffer tanks, storage systems and process tanks where space constraints or tank design top entry exclude. An agitator with a capacity of up to 30,000 litres is required for medium to large storage capacities where continuous agitation is essential.
The SEA1 series combines installation flexibility with reliable mixing performance for a wide range of industrial applications and process conditions.
Key features: side-entry flange agitators for tanks up to 30,000 litres
- Buffer tank optimisation: The agitator has been specially designed for buffer tanks and medium-sized mixing tanks where continuous liquid movement is required;
- Low-viscosity processing: SEA1 agitators can handle viscosities of up to approximately 2,000 cP for aqueous solutions and low-viscosity liquids;
- Flexible pressure resistance: The configuration operates under atmospheric conditions, in a vacuum and at pressures of up to 10 bar(g) for various process conditions;
- Wide temperature range: The agitator operates reliably at temperatures ranging from -20°C to 150°C for both cold and heated processes;
- Flexibility in side mounting: The side-entry configuration offers installation solutions where vertical access is restricted or impossible.
