Customized agitators and mixers
Veenstra Technology specializes in the design, production, installation and commissioning of tailor-made mixers. From designing the agitators to writing a project execution plan, we will work for you to realize the best agitators for your application, within your project time-schedule. A dedicated project manager will be your contact as a customer. We will provide you with detailed layout drawings, P&ID documents and electrical diagrams. Of course we are eager to work with your internal engineering department or project manager to ensure that all deadlines are met.

Thanks to our many years of experience and expertise, we are able to compose the right agitators for you, which can also be optimized at every point, giving you a clear insight into your mixing process. With the help of our flow simulation program FloEFD we can accurately predict what will happen during mixing or dispersion in a tank and we already know what the mixing pattern will be and what the required mixing time will, even be before the agitator is installed. From our simulations we can easily jump to strength calculations and we can perform FEM analyzes on the models. In this way all of our custom-made agitators are designed 100% safely.
